Description: Source unknown, to be determined. Artists and Engravers: Made by 'N. Bazin' after 'Guido Rhenus'. Nicolas Bazin (1636-1710) was an French draughtsman and engraver from Troyes, active in Paris from 1681-1707, respected for his design of plates. He was a pupil and assisted Claude Mellan. Guido Reni (1575-1642) was active as a fresco painter in the end of the 16th. Century. He was held in great esteem for his art.
