Rhinestone are attached with heat sensitive adhesive. The hankie should not be subjected to heat from drying, ironing, or dry cleaning as this can cause the rhinestones to come loose. It is best to handwash and hang to dry, to avoid any damage to the rhinestones that could happen in machine washing.
