The Cloak Mod OWB holster by Alien Gear Holsters is the next step in evolution of OWB holster design. The Cloak Mod is virtually unmatched by other OWB holsters in terms of adjustability and versatility, as its groundbreaking design allows for far more adjustment than most outside the waistband holsters. The Cloak Mod is also compatible with our Cloak Dock holster mount system for even greater versatility.
Start by choosing your preference of belt attachment. The Cloak Mod can be worn as a belt slide or a paddle holster. The wearer can easily switch between the paddle holster attachment or the 1.5" belt slide attachment inside a moment. Regardless of which attachment is worn, the Cloak Mod can be set to 15 degrees of positive or negative cant. The Cloak Mod uses the same adjustable retention shell as our other holsters, allowing the wearer to dial in the perfect retention level and even swap retention shells to carry a different pistol should they so choose.
Additionally, the Cloak Mod avoids any need for break-in time by employing the most advanced holster materials. We've installed a thermoelastomer retention membrane on the top surface, which helps grip your firearm. This ensures a perfectly secure carry and perfect fit, every time. We also include a spring steel flex plate for additional retention. This plate flexes when you holster your firearm, providing additional retention force.
