- ✿These adorable Shimmer and Shine cupcake toppers are a perfect addition to any party! Our standard order is a dozen assorted designs on 2 inch scallop cut cardstock as shown in the photos. You have the option to change to 2 1/2 inch circle. If there is a character which you desire and do not see please advise as custom orders are always welcomed.
- ✿12 cupcake toppers are mounted on high quality card stock to give a 3-D Look and stuck on to lollipop sticks. These are double sided but there is only an image on one side.
