This variety was introduced in 1905 by Vaughan's Seed House of Chicago. Snow's Pickle was a selection from the "Chicago Pickle". 5" long by 1 " wide, square ended with an early, firm, crisp and tender flesh. "The ideal bottle pickle" as it was called at the time.
