At a height of 14 inches x 14 inches square this planter is a practical size for any space. The cedar wood is naturally resistant to rot and insects while adding an inviting warm honey brown color to your environment. The top opening is 9 inches square which allows for ample planting space or the insertion of an 8 or 9 inch pot. The planter will drain excess water from the bottom but can adapt to indoor use with the addition of a tray(not included) to catch water runoff. Ornamental faux plants can also be arranged in the planter for a maintenance free indoor application. Left unfinished, the wood will age to a silvery gray patina. A finish of cedar oil will assist in maintaining the natural honey brown color while also acting as additional protection from weathering and sunlight. No assembly needed.
