Srixon Mens Z F65 Fairway WoodsHigh, Forgiving Launching Fairway WoodsPriority No. 1 for Srixon when it came to designing the Z F65 fairway woods was to give golfers maximum distance. That was accomplished by utilizing the Stretch Flex Cup Face in the design, technology found in Z 65 drivers, as by stretching the clubface to cover sections of the crown and sole, the face will create higher ball speeds on solidly struck shots as well as those hit from the heel or toe and high or low on the face. Additionally, while these are fairway woods that deliver from a distance standpoint, theyaTMre also easy to launch, and the higher launch is created in different ways depending on loft. The F65 fairway woods come in lofts of 13, 15, 17, and 19 degrees. In the three strongest lofts, a crown step is utilized in the design to lower the CG for higher launch and optimal spin. Those same performance attributes are also available in the 5-wood (19 degrees), but theyaTMre achieved through the use of an Arc Support Channel thataTMs built into the crown. Also of note, the F65 fairway woods have a slightly larger profile than their predecessors, which was done to help make them more forgiving and to inspire confidence from players at address. The stock shaft for the Z F65 fairway woods is the Miyazaki Kaula 6, which weighs between 62 and 66 grams depending on flex and from a profile standpoint will produce mid-launch and mid-spin.
