Ripstop fabrics are woven fabrics, often made of nylon, using a special reinforcing technique that makes them resistant to tearing and ripping. During weaving, reinforcement threads are interwoven at regular intervals in a crosshatch pattern.

Lined in acetate for ease of movement, the lining is designed to not catch on clothing and make putting your arms through the sleeves easy.

Front zip closure, the front closes with a double zipper from "universal".

Handwarmer pockets have been cut at an angle to make for easy insertion.

The sleeves are finished with simple cuffs.
