THE BOW While the base of the bow mimics a dark wood finish that you would expect in a wooden bow, the handle and tips are adorned with fashionable gold accents that are inspired by the Lord of the Rings movies. The bow's string is a black 550 paracord. It's draw weight is a smooth and comfortable 30#, which is a joy for most adults and youth. However, if you want a bit more power for larger game or for practice, then you can select the 50# option.
