Each UNION Sake glass has been meticulously machined from a solid cylinder of 303 stainless steel; a material that guarantees the spirit's flavors remain undisturbed. Every edge and facet are carefully milled to exacting tolerances and then passivated to protect against oxidation. The result is a shimmering surface that celebrates the amazing dance between light and shadow. Each glass weighs in at 9 oz and purposely retains a fine machined finish as an artifact of the manufacturing process. The glasses are intended to be either frozen or warmed to enhance the spirit being served. Available in 1.5 oz volumes.
