If the hub provide sufficient power for all devices on it, then all the answers are yes. So the core issue is match an appropriate power supply for the hub to let the input power is greater than the total power consumption (include the hub itself). Below are some typical power values(voltage=5V):

Why we suggest use with caution in charge iPad/tablet/power bank/etc?
When in charge mode, iPad/tablet may pull down the voltage to maximum the charge current, some devices on same hub may could not work normal under such low voltage

What's the maximum input/output?How about the charge rate?
Max input: 5V5A, max output 5V2.4A per port . The charge rate is usually not as quick as the original wall charger mode

My wireless mouse/keyboard/etc. are interfered even could not work?
There is a known issue between USB 3.0 and 2.4GHz. It is caused by their principle. Which means all USB 3.0 devices have this fundamental flaw. The temporary solution from official is make the wireless receiver away from USB 3.0 ports or use USB 2.0 connection instead of 3.0
