Offer is for a top quality steel barrel punch. Measures 1-1/16" on the widest part and tapers down on both sides to a minimum of 5/8" diameter. Overall length is 8" and has a middle length of 3" by 1-1/16" diameter. Great for any fabrication shop or mechanic. The tapered end of a barrel punch is placed into the semi-aligned bolt holes of two separate components, and then driven into the hole. As it is driven in, the taper forces the two components into alignment, allowing for easy insertion of the fastener. Also used for opening and expanding holes.
