Wayuu Mochila Bags are made by a group of indigenous people who live in the Guajira Peninsula region of northern Colombia. Each mochila is hand-made by one woman and each woman has her own signature. Wayuu bags are made of 100% cotton and have their own unique character with different colors and patterns. Notice the signature hand-made wide strap of the authentic Wayuu bags. No two bags will ever be exactly alike. Dimensions of the bag are approximately 11 inches tall and 14 inches wide. The shoulder strap is approximately 3 inches wide and 41 inches long. Please remember that each bag is handmade and sizes may vary slightly.
