This pasta cutter attachment easily slides onto the head of your pasta machine providing an easy way to cut pasta at home. One advantage to making your own Ravioli: you choose what fillings you want. Fillings can vary from meat, to vegetable, to fish-based, or creamy cheese fillings, or even pumpkin, walnut, or chocolate ravioli with truffle filling. The possibilities are endless. Specially designed rollers pinch and seal the filling into ravioli pockets. Smooth and easy manual operation provides precision control of the filling and rolling process. Made of two rollers for the dough to slide easily through (Plastic roller for the stuffing side and a smooth nickel-plated steel roller for the backing).
