Wet Plate Collodion 4x5 Bath Box & Dipper This is brand new handmade Wet Plate Collodion 4x5 Bath Box & Dipper. This kit contains: Silver Bath box with dipper. The inner bath box (for the Silver Nitrate Solution) is made of PVC-FF (black color), which is very inert towards all related chemical solutions. The inner bath box is fully removable from the outer wooden container for easier cleaning and manipulation. The outer container is made of beech and pine wood and finished with lacquer paint (mahogany color). The dipper is made of plexiglass. The wooden container is hinge covered and provided with a back bracket for fixation of the bath box in optimum inclined position. All components are very light and space saving. Inner dimensions are 160 x 110 x 13 mm (6,3 x 4,3 x 0,5 Inches). Whole bath box with its container weights only 350 g (12,3 oz). The bath has a cubic capacity of 200 ml (6,8 US oz). 200 ml of sensitizing solution (silver nitrate) can be used to sensitize cca 80 Collodion 4x5 in plates.
