This pretty beach hair stick is topped with a white seashell with a freshwater pearl nestled inside. Gold accents complete the design. The beaded top is built on a strong steel pin that should not break with normal handling. Just the same, it is better to hold it by the stick and not the beaded top. ~ The smooth, round hair stick is hand turned from oak. Several coats of polyurethane make it water resistant, but not water proof - it's fine to hold up your damp bun, but you don't want to wear it swimming.
