FAQ
1. Added water in tank, the indicator LED lights up, water column in water tank do not mist.
Some quality problem on water, please replace another sort of water.
2. Added water in tank, indicator LED lights up, device mists when remove the lid. close the lid it dosen't mist.
Some issue on fan, 1. fan destroyed. 2. debris twists the fan, you can dissemble the device to check the trouble before contact us.
3. Added water into water tank, indicator LED can't light up, LED light blinking.
Debris may on the water level pin, please clean the water level pin to detect the water level.
4. Poured purified water into tank, indicator LED can't light up with LED blinking, can't power on the device. hold the detector on the water level pin with finger, if the LED not blinking, the detector will be verified to working, because of low electrical conductivity of purified water, you shall replace another sort of water.
5. Indicator LED blinking. Waterless indication, water level pin can't not detect the water, please add water.
