This Interior Grade Floor Mount Newel Post has a 3 7/8" welded bottom flange and it can be mounted on a stair tread, cap, landing or balcony. It is also the most commonly sold modern staircase newel post.

The E0042 (interior grade) provides a distinctive smooth and sleek appearance to the stair system.
