This finest quality stainless steel tube forms the handrails and newel posts of our stair railing systems. Stainless steel railings can be built on stairs and ramps without the need for bending the pipe. Can be cut to fit on site and using our stainless steel fittings, a stair railing can be built to accommodate most standard and custom stairways. Stainless steel rail is available in AISI 304 Grade for interior applications or AISI 316 Grade for exterior.

Cutting Stainless Steel Tube

When cutting stainless steel you need a tool that will cut quickly, accurately and cleanly. For better results use a deep cut band saw and a 18 tooth bi-metal blade.

To achieve a burr-free and straight cut, the following steps have been taken to cut stainless rail:

• Cut the tubing
• Using a belt sander, sand the tube so its flat
• Clean and sand using a 220-320 grit sand pape
