This is a real fossil shark tooth from Morocco. It is from an extinct Mackerel shark and comes from the Eocene period which is approximately 50 to 55 million years old. The tooth is wire wrapped in silver-tone wire, strung on a brown suede cord with two silver-tone accent beads. The length is approximately 16 inches, adjustable to 18 inches. It will be packaged "Gift Ready" in a soft pouch for storage and a card stating the name and age of the tooth will also be included. This will make a really nice gift for a boy or young man.
