The Four Corners area is located on the Colorado Plateau, a high desert landscape. You don't find a whole bunch of trees here and that is reflected in our architecture. Dirt floors and adobe mud bricks make homes, and that same earth material approach is used for our jewelry. Tufa stone is found right here in the Four Corners and has been used by Navajo silversmiths for over 100 years in making silver. Harrison Jim continues that tradition with many of his creations.
