After the map has been cut out with the laser, and points of interest have been engraved into the surface, the detailed map is then mounted over a tranquil blue background. The handmade frame is solid maple and has been stained with English Chestnut. Each piece is a one of a kind production. The natural grain in the wood is enhanced by our hand rubbed stain and three coats of lacquer creating a magnificent finished product.
