Clementine is a cross between a sweet orange and a Chinese mandarin. They are small, very sweet, and usually seedless (unless there is another citrus variety nearby that pollinates it). The easy-to-peel, juicy fruit, which ripens right after Satsuma, is one of the varieties promoted in supermarkets as "Cuties". Compared to other citrus, it is strongly cold resistant. Our One Year-Old Trees are generally 12"-16" tall with a trunk diameter of about 1/4". They are growing in a 4 x 19" (or in a few cases a 4" x 6") container of soil. Within a month of delivery, it is best to repot into a larger container (~8-10" diameter) to give the roots more room to grow. Trees are shipped within 7 to 10 days of orders being placed.
