DESCRIPTION

4.To chop, use the trigger/brake:Lift brake upward with forefinger to chop, release for rolling action. Minimal pressure is required.
NOTE FOR CLEANING/STORAGE:
1.Use a sponge or bursh to avoid injury. So onot clean the blade using your hand alone.
2.Never place blade in dish washer. Long-term dish washing will ruin sharpness.
