Fregola is a traditional Sardinian short and dry pasta, well known for its singular taste and homely shape. The homemade art and its recipes have been carefully passed down through generations choosing only local ingredients in order to enrich the taste of traditional dishes. It can be considered a diverstiy to cous cous from which it differs, however, because the grains are larger.
