Handmade Raven Totem Round Porcelain Pendant
The raven is a massive, thick-necked bird, recognizable for being entirely black in feathers, legs, beak, and eyes. Ravens are the largest of the passerine (perching) birds in North America, with populations that are expanding. Native Americans respect ravens for their keen intelligence, often portraying them as sly and playful pranksters. Acrobats on wings, ravens are skilled hunters, forming teams to bring down prey that is too big for a single bird.
